  • Cut 1 hour of commuting each week and replace it with consistent movement / exercise
  • Cut 1 hour of watching television for intimacy and connection with a friend, family member, or your significant other

 

You are the average of the 3 things to which you dedicate the most time, focus and energy. As soon as I prioritized my health through a commitment to consistently dedicating time to passion, movement and connection, I noticed not only a change in my appearance, but in my thinking and in my heart. I’m clearer, more calm and stronger than I’ve ever been. Carve out some time today for a little PMC. You won’t regret it.
